HR Professionals! Don’t miss this event!

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with Teresa Recar, Regional Vice President with Career Systems International. We had a great conversation about the dynamics in our economy and how it has changed the way in which employees navigate their career paths in the new economy.

Many people in the new economy are changing jobs at about the three year mark.
